A lot of holidays for other relatives actually already exist; Siblings Day (10 April), Grandparents Day (first Sunday after US Labour Day) and Cousins Day (24 July)! There really is a day for pretty much anything and everything! Of course, none of these days are really celebrated world-wide like Mother's and Father's Day.
The day I would want to become official out of those is Siblings Day. Often our siblings is our first friends. Not all siblings are close for some reason or other, and I think in a way that a National Sibling Day (or International for that matter) could help bring some siblings closer together.
Just like your parents will always be your parents, whether it's birth-, adoptive-, foster-, or step-parents, your siblings will always be your siblings.
